 I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor passionate about supporting and guiding new LPC-Associates. With over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use counseling, and four years as a clinical director, I bring both clinical depth and leadership insight to supervision. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on training and mentoring emerging professionals. My background includes leading a multi-site substance use intensive outpatient program, creating a college-based IOP for mental health and substance use, and providing trauma-informed care, including EMDR therapy. I understand the unique demands of diverse clinical environments and offer supervision that’s flexible and tailored—whether you’re in private practice, a community agency, or another setting.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas, California, and Missouri, I offer a compassionate, strategic approach to helping individuals and families rebuild and thrive. I’m passionate about working with teens and young adults, with experience in hospital settings, IOP, PHP, and private practice. I'm the award-winning author of The Book on Addiction, a guide for families and professionals navigating recovery. I’m currently accepting MFT-Associate supervisees committed to clinical excellence and family-centered care.
